THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee the accuracy of server listings, uptime, or availability of listed servers.

FindServers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any listed game servers.
